Świnoujście LNG Terminal (Poland)
Main characteristics of the project:
Construction of a gazoport including a large LNG Receiving Terminal of 5 BCMA capacity, 2 LNG Tanks of 160 000 m3 capacity together with a breakwater of 3 Km long and all port facilities including jetty and unloading platform
OBLC Consultancy Services
From March 2010 to Feb. 2016, OBLC was Independent Senior Technical Consultant to Gaz-System and performed the following activities:
- Management role of Technical Coordination Manager for the construction of a new LNG Terminal in Poland
- Technical Adviser to the Management Board of Gas-System for LNG activities
- Assessment of the schedule and of the technical and management status of the project
- Management of interfaces
During the execution part of the project Olivier Bousquet was also Deputy Project Director for the LNG Receiving Terminal of Świnoujście, for Polskie LNG. OBLC get a Management Contract to perform management responsibilities for the full supervision of all engineering, procurement construction, commissioning and start-up as well as LNG sourcing.
